The Best Landing Spots In Fortnite

The Best Landing Spots In Fortnite

The Fortnite map has changed again, and many of our favorite locations are now underwater. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t find new favorite spots with some of the new locations exposed after the waters receded. Of course, Epic has already stated that the map will change as the season progresses to keep things fresh. As Fortnite players explore the new map, they’ll start to find new favorite locations to land. When players depart the battle bus, they can land anywhere on the map, but Fortnite is a battle royale game. That means every second count, and landing in a less-than-optimal area means players won’t be as well-equipped to participate in the struggle to win. Let’s take a look at some of the best current landing spots in Fortnite.

Retail Row

Retail Row has survived countless catastrophes, but it still stands as one of the best places to land in the newest season. Some players aren’t comfortable with change. It’s a familiar place to land for Fortnite veterans. That means newer players might find themselves in direct conflict with seasoned players right away.

The Yacht

The Yacht has moved and isn’t even named on the map anymore. Unfortunately, it’s also a little worse for wear. The white expensive-looking Deadpool-themed yacht now looks like it belongs in Kevin Costner’s Waterworld movie. However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t chests found within this forgotten location. Players who don’t want to land in more popular named sites can come here with relatively low competition for goodies.

Frenzy Farm

Frenzy Farm has seen better days, but it’s still relatively intact above water level compared to other locations. With other players wanting to scope out newer locations, Frenzy Farm looks like it won’t have as much competition for loot as it used to. Once Epic decides to recede the water a little bit, then expect to see more players using Frenzy Farm as a popular drop spot once again.
